Event Description: The South 40 Outdoor Expo is a showcase for everything related to the outdoors. In addition to an extensive display of outdoor products and services, the expo offers numerous educational seminars and demonstrations. The event also features a BBQ Cook-Off Championship where teams show their chops and prepare beef brisket, pork spare ribs and chicken. Other attractions include aquatic and archery demonstrations, an archery tournament and an area with fun kids’ activities called “Kids Country.”
